Being from Haiti and growing up in a melting pot like United States, I was offered the opportunity of trying out a multitude of cultural foods through my travels. I have learned to love food and enjoy eating a lot. I would like to share my exuberant personality, unique taste, and expert knowledge of multicultural food with the San Diego community. My passion for perusing a career in Business and hospitality Started in my adolescent .I was inspired to be a Wine sommelier; But then my aspirations grew when I became a father and husband and my focus quickly shifted for cooking for the love of it!

We will use Art, Music, food and meditation (workshops/events) to relate to and connect with other people in our community. We aim to provide the physical basis for works in the realms of the performing arts, new media art, film, radio, and video. I believe through these activities we can establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends and co-workers contributes to our Social Wellness. To rise awareness among our community about Environmental Wellness and to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. Participate in community events to increase ability to make a positive impact on the quality of our environment, be it our homes, our communities or our planet contributes to our Environmental Wellness

We are going submerge our mind into the rich liquids the world of Art, Food, Music, and Meditation has to enhance our day to day lives. This will open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interaction and community betterment. The desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and seek challenges in pursuit of lifelong learning contributes to our Intellectual Wellness.

We will look to Aikido practices/principles( I have practiced for over 12yrs) to increases the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. The ability to recognize that our behaviors have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits (routine check ups, a balanced diet, exercise, etc.) while avoiding destructive habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, over use of the human body in a non-constructive manner etc.) will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.

We have a deviation to multicultural food, our real passion is in fresh, unique, real food. This means using the best produce available to our community. Fresh, Local, sustainable food. If you can’t read, pronounce, or identify what is in it then don’t eat it. We have put a lot of thought and time into choosing our sources so that we can offer you great tasting real food from a local, sustainable company.

Wellness should include much more than physical health, exercise or nutrition. Full integration of states of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being is the way to a super healthy life right now and for the future generation. The model used by our Hall Of Members includes social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical wellness. Each of these dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to our own quality of life. Also help feed the hungry people of San Diego and Haiti where poverty is a part of many people’s everyday life.Raise awareness to better living through art, music foods and mediation practices.
